Hi! I'm Dr. Deb Coe,
Your Project Productivity Coach and Research Methods Consultant.
Every project is a journey, with plenty of detours, roadblocks, delays, and other obstacles.
I've been on this journey many times, and when things got derailed during the pandemic, I realized that a lot of people could use some help with their project journeys. That's why I started Compass Consulting and Research in 2021 -- to provide support for the journey: project productivity coaching and research methods consulting.
If you need help starting or completing your project --- no matter what type of project: a dissertation or thesis, a social research or evaluation project, or even a project that you know how to do (like a big home improvement or organization project) but find yourself STUCK, I offer quick solutions for YOUR project "journey."

I'm an experienced Ph.D. sociologist and former director of research for two very large nonprofits. I have helped individuals and research teams manage multiple projects, and have taught college courses in research methods for nearly two decades. Now, I'm able to offer my services to YOU.
